Thrift shopping and vintage clothing has grown in popularity over the past few years. Mostly the younger generation have found thrift shopping and styling pieces like clothing, jewelry, shoes and bags, from the 50s to the 90s. A big reason these styles have grown is because of social media and influencers, a lot of people are being more eco-friendly when clothing shopping and they look for clothing that will last and long time, buying used clothing is a great way to shop without contributing to the world of fast fashion.
For this styling I am wearing a button short sleeve blouse in a beautiful cream colour, I wore dark blue skinny jeans on the bottom and white shoes. I purchased the shirt from, Talize Thrift Store for less than five dollars. For the shoot I took a trip to Bonnieheath Estate Lavender & Winery, where I found this old Volkswagen, perfect for photoshoots. I visited the gift shop where I purchased this little pot and some dried lavender. Lavender has a great calming agency, and a beautiful smell.
